Turnover cleaning for vacation rentals and long term units from Keauhou up through Ali'i Drive and out to the condos on the Kona side. Same day turns with a morning checkout and an afternoon check in are most of my week, and I bring my own supplies. That includes what this side actually needs: salt haze off the lanai glass and the slider track, sand out of the entry, gecko droppings off the sills, ants handled in the kitchen, and carrying the cane spider outside instead of leaving it for your guests.
