We want every part of Jinu, on the web and in our iOS and Android apps, to be usable by people of all abilities. Accessibility is not a one-time project for us; we treat it as part of building and reviewing every feature.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible digital products. Working toward means we have implemented the majority of these standards and continue to close remaining gaps. We do not yet claim full conformance, and we would rather tell you that plainly than overstate where we are.
Jinu is designed to work with recent versions of major screen readers, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS, and current versions of major browsers. If you use an older browser or assistive technology, some features may not behave as expected. We are happy to help if you run into trouble.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Jinu, or you need information from a listing in a different format, please tell us. We take this seriously and aim to respond within 5 business days.
When you write, it helps to include the page or screen where the problem happened, what you were trying to do, and the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. None of that is required; even a short note helps.
We evaluate Jinu through a combination of internal review, automated testing, and manual testing with assistive technology. We use the feedback you send us to find and fix issues that testing alone does not catch.
As we improve, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. If our conformance status changes, we will say so here. This statement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
