Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.

We do not sell your personal information

Jinu does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising networks, no third-party ad trackers, and no data brokers. We use the data described in our Privacy Policy only to operate the marketplace: showing your listings, connecting buyers and sellers, keeping the service secure, and measuring how the Service is used so we can improve it. That measurement runs through a product-analytics provider acting as our processor, served from our own domain, and you can turn it off at any time.

Analytics is on by default in the United States

You should know this before you read the rest of this page. If you are visiting from the United States or its territories, our own product analytics is on from the moment the page loads and we do not interrupt you with a banner. Elsewhere, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies runs until you accept our cookie banner. Session recording for product analytics follows the same default and the same off switch, with typed text, messages, the names of other members and contact details masked; error-replay recording for diagnostics is never on by default anywhere. If you have already told us not to measure your use, that answer stands and this default does not override it.

We honor Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request, wherever you are visiting from. Because analytics in the United States starts on and no banner interrupts you, GPC is the one opt-out you can express before your first pageview is counted. Every other way of turning analytics off requires you to have arrived here first.

We read the signal in both of the forms it arrives in, and the decision is made before anything runs: the Sec-GPC header on the request that renders the page, and the Global Privacy Control property your browser exposes to the page itself. Product analytics, session recording and error replay all stay off for the whole visit, whatever choice is saved in your cookie, and we do not show you a banner. Our own analytics endpoints refuse any event that reaches them carrying the signal, so the opt-out is applied on our servers as well as in your browser. The signal can only turn measurement off. It can never turn it on.

We record it as an "Essential only" choice, so if you later turn the signal off, analytics stays off until you change it in cookie settings.

Turning analytics off without GPC

Choose "Essential only" here, on this page, at any time: Cookie settings. It reopens the cookie choice and applies immediately, signed in or not, and it is the same control that sits at the bottom of this page. A choice to keep analytics off is kept for ten years, against six months for an acceptance, and we do not switch analytics back on for anyone who has made it. Your other rights

California residents can also request access to, or deletion of, their personal information. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account and data from Settings, or contact us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
