Restored 2 bed shotgun house with a front porch

I'm renting out the shotgun house in front. The matching one next door belongs to a neighbor and isn't part of this. It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, about 850 sq ft, with the rooms running front to back the way these old houses do. The siding, porch and steps were redone recently, central air keeps up with August, and there's a stackable washer and dryer in the back. Honest notes: closet space is tight, which comes with a shotgun layout, and the front yard is mostly dirt and patchy grass for now. Street parking only. One cat or small dog is fine. 12 month lease, available in about a month. Happy to show it in Cabbagetown on a weekday evening or Saturday morning.
