Sohmer & Co. baby grand piano with matching bench

Selling my Sohmer & Co. baby grand in black with the matching bench. I bought it used twelve years ago and it has lived in the same corner of our living room since. It has a warm, even tone, all three pedals work, and the lid prop and music desk are solid. Honest condition: the finish has light scratches and a few rubbed spots on the edges and bench top, visible up close, and a couple of keys get slow to return in the August humidity. Last tuned about a year ago, so it will want a tuning after the move. We are downsizing and it will not fit. It is in a one level house in Morningside with just two porch steps. You would need to arrange piano movers, and you are welcome to come play it first.
