Historic brick two story, 4 bed 2 bath, big porch

Selling our brick two story in East Lake after 14 years. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, about 2,350 sq ft, with tall arched windows, high ceilings downstairs and a full width front porch we use most summer evenings. The heat pump was replaced in 2021 and the kitchen was updated a few years back. Being honest about the rest: the replacement windows upstairs are older and a couple stick when it gets humid, the shrubs out front have gotten away from me, and the lawn needs some attention. The green metal porch roof is sound but will need repainting in the next few years. We are downsizing now that the kids are grown.
