2 bed, 1 bath craftsman bungalow with a front porch

I'm renting out the Kirkwood bungalow I've lived in for six years. Two bedrooms, one bath, about 1,150 square feet, with the original heart pine floors, central air and a washer and dryer. The front porch stays shaded most of the afternoon, which matters in August. It's an older house and it shows in places. The paint on the front gable is chipped near the attic window (the painter is booked for October), the windows are original and a little drafty in January, and the second bedroom is on the small side. I'm moving in with my partner in Grant Park and would rather rent than sell. Twelve month lease, one month deposit, pets are fine. Driveway parking.
