Post a property listing
Property costs $3 to publish, and one Property category covers both selling and renting. There is no separate real estate category to look for, and the price is the same whether you are a private owner, a landlord or an agency.
Posting one
- Start a post and choose Property.
- Choose the subcategory: For Sale or For Rent.
- Write a title between 4 and 120 characters, and a description of at least 20.
- Add at least one photo. Up to 10 are allowed, and property is the category where the photo count does the most work.
- Set the city, the price, and the property details buyers filter on.
- Pay the $3 and the listing goes live.
The payment step
Paying is part of publishing, not something that happens afterwards. Until the payment finishes, the listing sits in My listings showing Payment pending, and it is not in browse or search and cannot be found by anyone.
If you closed the checkout page or your card was declined, that is the single most common reason a property listing is invisible, and it is not a moderation queue. Open My listings, find the listing, and use Finish and publish. An abandoned checkout session lapses after about a day and the listing goes back to being a draft, so nothing is lost either way, but nothing is live in the meantime either.
What the $3 buys
Thirty days in the feed. You can renew for another 30 up to a total of 120 days from the day you created it, with a maximum of three renewals. The fee is not refunded if the property does not sell or let, and it is not refunded if the listing is removed or held for review. Jinu takes nothing else: no commission, no percentage of a sale, no fee to the buyer or the tenant.
What is not Property
Short-term and vacation rentals belong in Stays, which is its own category at the same $3 and hands the booking off to your own site or to the platform you already use. Rooms in a shared house, long-term rentals and sales all belong in Property.
