Report a bug or a security problem
For a bug, email bugs@jinu.app or use the form at /contact. For a security vulnerability, email security@jinu.app instead.
What to include in a bug report
The more of this you send, the less likely it is that somebody has to come back and ask:
- The page address, copied from the address bar.
- What you were trying to do, in one line.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact steps to make it happen again, if you can.
- A screenshot or a screen recording.
- Your browser and version, or the app and the device, and roughly when it happened.
"It is broken" with a screenshot of the whole screen is still worth sending. Something is better than nothing.
Do not include
Your sign-in link or the numeric code from a sign-in email, and no card numbers. Nobody at Jinu needs any of them, and a screenshot of your inbox can contain a working sign-in link.
Security vulnerabilities
Send those to security@jinu.app, with a description, the steps to reproduce, and what an attacker could do with it. The published policy is at jinu.app/.well-known/security.txt.
Please report privately rather than posting it publicly, and please do not test against other people's accounts, listings or data while you are looking. There is no bug bounty program at present.
Things that are not bugs, and go elsewhere
- A scam, a dangerous listing, or somebody's behavior. Use Report on the listing or the profile, or email safety@jinu.app.
- A payment problem. Use /contact, and see the payments articles in this help center first.
- A charge you think is wrong. legal@jinu.app.
- Anything else at all. hello@jinu.app or /contact.
