Post a job on Jinu

A job post costs $20, runs for 30 days, and is created at /jobs/post, which is its own form and not the item composer.

How it goes

  1. Sign in. Posting needs a free account, and the job is attached to it.
  2. Fill in one scrolling form. It is not a multi-step wizard: everything is on the page and the Publish button turns on when the required fields are done.
  3. Publish, and you are taken to the card payment page.
  4. The post goes live once the payment settles.

Until the payment settles the post sits as Payment pending and nobody can see it. That is the most common reason a job seems to have vanished after posting: the checkout was closed before it finished. Reopen it from your listings and complete it.

What $20 buys

Thirty days in the jobs feed at /browse?cat=jobs, findable through the workplace, employment type, pay, date and benefits filters. It does not buy screening, promotion or applicants. If you want the post to sort higher for a while, a boost is a separate purchase: $1 for a day, $3 for three days, $5 for seven, or a custom amount between $6 and $50 on the web. A boosted post always carries a visible Promoted label.

Renewing

A listing can be renewed up to three times, each renewal running it for another 30 days from the day you renew, to a maximum life of 120 days from when it was created. Renewing is free. After that, post a new one.

Why jobs are paid when most listings are not

Selling a sofa is free on Jinu and always will be, and a local cash sale is 0% forever. Hiring is commercial supply, and a real fee is what keeps the jobs feed from filling with the same three work-from-home scams. Verification, screening and everything else remain your responsibility.

Editing afterwards

Use the manage screen for the post, reached with Edit on your own listing or through the manage link emailed to you when you posted. You can edit the text, change the logo, mark the role filled, or delete the post there.
