Boost prices and durations

There are three fixed tiers: Bump for 1 day, Boost for 3 days, and Spotlight for 7 days. On the website there is a fourth option, a custom amount between $6 and $50. Spotlight is marked as the best value in the picker because it is: the same dollar buys more days.

Prices are a little higher in the iPhone and Android apps, because the app store's commission comes out of what you pay. The promotion you get is identical, and the two apps charge the same.

The tiers

Tier On the website In the apps Promoted for
Bump $1 $1.29 1 day
Boost $3 $3.99 3 days
Spotlight $5 $5.99 7 days
Custom amount $6 to $50 Not sold in the apps Priced by the day at the Spotlight rate

The custom amount

On the website you can enter your own figure between $6 and $50 instead of picking a tier. It buys days at the Spotlight rate of $5 for 7 days, rounded to the nearest whole day, so $10 is about 14 days. The range starts at $6 so it never overlaps a tier price. The iPhone and Android apps sell the three fixed tiers only.

One payment, no subscription

You pay once and the promotion runs for its days. Nothing renews on its own, nothing is stored to charge you again, and there is no plan to cancel. When the days are up, the listing stays live and stops being promoted.

How to pay

Choosing a tier opens the payment sheet: the App Store or Google Play in the apps, a card checkout on the website. Your card details go to Stripe and are never held by Jinu. The receipt appears in your billing history along with any paid listing fees.

Buying a second boost while one is running

The days are added to the end of what you already have rather than replacing it. Buying Bump on a listing with four days of Spotlight left leaves you with five days, not one.

A boost is separate from what it costs to post

Most categories are free to publish. Jobs are $20, services are $5, property and stays are $3, and a vehicle listed by a dealer is $3. General goods and a vehicle sold by its private owner are free. A boost is optional on top of all of those, including the free ones.
