When a boost ends
The listing stays exactly where it was, and stops being promoted. Nothing is removed, hidden or reset. It takes its normal place in the feed, sorted by how recently it was posted, like every other listing.
Checking the days left
Open My listings. A promoted listing's card reads Promoted followed by the days remaining, in place of the boost button. The count is whole days and it never shows zero while the promotion is still running, so "1 day left" means it ends within the next 24 hours.
What ending actually changes
- The Promoted label comes off the card.
- The listing leaves Featured near you.
- It sorts by recency again rather than at the front.
What does not change: the listing is still live, still searchable, keeps its views, its saved count, its messages and its expiry date. A boost never touched any of those.
Nothing renews itself
A boost is a single payment for a set number of days. It does not repeat and no card is charged again. If you want more, buy more, and the new days are added to the end of whatever is still running.
Do not confuse the boost clock with the listing clock
They are separate. A listing runs 30 days from when it was created and can be renewed to 120 days at the most, over no more than 3 renewals. A boost ending does not shorten the listing, and a listing expiring does not refund a boost. If the listing is close to expiry, renew it before buying a long promotion.
