How long a listing stays live

A listing runs for 30 days. You can renew it, and renewals can carry it to 120 days in total, counted from the day the listing was created, with a maximum of three renewals.

The 30 days

The clock starts when the listing goes live, not when you started writing it. A draft that sits unpublished is not counted, and neither is time a paid listing spends waiting for its payment to finish. Once the 30 days run out the listing status changes to Expired: it disappears from browse and search, it stays in My listings under the Expired tab, and you can renew it from there.

The reminder

Jinu emails you three days before a listing expires, with a Renew listing button in the message. You can turn that reminder off under Listing expiry warnings in Settings, though then nothing will tell you the listing is about to go.

The 120-day ceiling

The ceiling is measured from the day the listing was created, so it does not move. Three renewals of 30 days each on top of the original 30 is where the 120 comes from, and there is no way to stretch it: bumping, pausing, marking an item reserved and marking it sold all leave the creation date and the ceiling exactly where they were. When a listing reaches the ceiling, post the item again. That is a new listing with a fresh 30 days and its own 120-day window, and in a paid category it costs the publishing fee again.
