Mark an item as sold, reserved or paused

Sold closes the listing, Reserved holds it while it stays visible, and Paused hides it without deleting it. All three are on the listing's card in My listings and on its manage page, and all three can be undone.

Sold

Marking an item sold takes it out of the for-sale feeds and shows a Sold badge on the listing page, with the contact options hidden. Jinu also posts a note in the message threads about that item so the people who were talking to you are not left waiting, and tells anyone who had liked it that it sold. To put it back, use Relist (mark available).

Reserved

Reserved is a hold, not a close. The listing stays publicly visible and carries a Reserved badge, so it reads as spoken for rather than gone. Use it when you have agreed a deal and are waiting on collection. Release it with Release hold (mark available).

Two details worth knowing. Accepting an offer reserves the item for you automatically, so you do not need to do both. And a reservation never lapses on its own, deliberately: nothing in Jinu will release your hold in the night and reopen the item to other buyers in the middle of a pickup. You release it, or you mark it sold. A sold listing cannot be reserved until you mark it available again.

Paused

Pausing hides one listing from browse and search while leaving it in My listings, so nothing is lost and you can bring it back with one action. Use it when an item is temporarily unavailable, or while you are away.

Pausing does not pause the 30-day clock. A listing that stays paused past its expiry date will need renewing before it goes back into the feed, and the 120-day ceiling keeps counting from the day it was created either way.

This is the per-listing pause. The account-wide pause in Settings is a different control that hides everything at once, and unpausing your account only brings back the listings the account pause hid, not the ones you paused by hand.
